It started as a venture deeply rooted in the belief that putting the user at the centre of everything, is the most efficient way to reach business success.

What brought me here
As a seasoned UX expert and practitioner, I built and led diverse strategic projects to empower businesses and agencies in UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Many years of consulting for Google’s top advertisers led to amazing opportunities in growing further my world-class expertise in UX. It also allowed me to develop deep knowledge in areas that are truly important, such as Sustainability and Privacy.

With over 15 years of experience in UX and digital marketing, I co-founded UX&Why, a company that optimises your digital products and services with best-in-class UX consulting to better serve user needs and expectations and increase ROI.
Previously, I was the EMEA UX lead for Google, where I worked with over 200 clients and partners across diverse industries, publishing 30+ case studies and overachieving in country targets. I also developed and led global and regional initiatives on privacy, personalisation, and partner-owned services, leveraging Google’s AI and cloud technologies.
